At OluKai, we stand behind our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer free returns and exchanges on all unworn items within 30 days of delivery.
Start Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to initiate the process and select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Once your request is submitted, we will provide a prepaid USPS shipping label via email for you to download and print at home.
Pack and Ship
Place your unworn items in the original packaging, attach the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized USPS location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method or ship out your exchange within 7-10 business days.
